Custom Hand Made World Class Leather Guitar Straps



When I first started making guitar straps, I started out with very detailed drawings done on a CAD program because I wanted to make sure that if someone was going to spend good money on a strap like this, it should be perfect. I took my drawings to a local leather shop and asked if they could make it based on the drawings and the guy there said... We can't do that and neither can you so don't try and he walked away. Then he came back and said, you also need to be doing leather for 40 yrs to be able to do what you plan on doing. So I left, mad and seething, lol, and went to a local tannery, spent a couple grand on leather and tools and tried it myself. I stayed up all night long, made the first black leather, Paul Stanley style studded strap and it took me until 4:30 am. I then got 5 hours sleep and drove right back up to the leather shop to show 

the guy what I had done. He took it from me, held it in his hands and after 20 seconds said, "You did this? when? , I said yesterday and last night until 4:30am. 

He then said this is really good work, wanna make some saddle bags for us?

 I then said, "Can we get this stitched first" and the rest was history. He stitched the first one and 100's of straps later, everyone is thrilled with these straps including people like Paul Stanley of KISS, Bruce Kulick( ex guitarist of KISS), Justin Timberlake, Alee, Evan Stanley, Mike Lefton and Sergio Ortega of The Dives,  and many other prominent rock and country stars.  Tons of detail and time and hand work go into each and every strap and each one has it's own unique serial number, denoting the date it was created. NOTE: These do take time to make so please be patient with your order , everything is assembled by hand, no machines except for the locating of holes for studs, etc. Most times, the straps are in stock but for something that is not or custom and it take a few days to a week.
